Foot Reflexology
grounding + restorative

What to expect during your session:
- for your first visit, you must fill out an intake form that will allow me to get a better understanding of your overall wellbeing
- setting of an intention / goal for the session
- a grounding cleansing of the feet with hot towels
- warm-up massage to increase circulation to feet
- reflexology treatment begins on right foot first then moving on to the left foot (30 mins each foot)
- finishing off with a calf & foot massage with lotion
- let yourself return to your body & take your time getting up
Crown Massage
tension + stress releasing

What to expect during your session:
- for your first visit, you must fill out an intake form that will allow me to get a better understanding of your overall wellbeing
- deep tissue work of the upper back including scapulas & shoulders with a blend of warm essential oils and coconut oil
- tension release of the neck & arms*
- acupressure & lymph drainage of the face*
- intentional & slow scalp massage with warm oils to release any tightness held in scalp
- let yourself return to your body & take your time getting up
*work on arms + face is only offered during 1.5hrs session
Facial Reflexology
stress releasing + relaxing

what to expect during your session:
- gentle effleurage + petrissage of the arms, shoulders, and neck
- cleansing of the face with a rose + geranium facial cleanser with a hot towel
- application of a rose, frankincense + pomegranate facial oil
- reflexology sequence that reduces stress for health + wellbeing
- gentle effleurage + petrissage of the face, neck, shoulders, and arms to end the treatment
*this service is also offered as an add-on to the 1hr Crown Massage treatment
Crown + Reflex Massage
balancing + grounding
2 hrs | $160
What to expect during your session:
- for your first visit, you must fill out an intake form that will allow me to get a better understanding of your overall wellbeing
- deep tissue work of the upper back including scapulas & shoulders with a blend of warm essential oils and coconut oil
- tension release of the neck
- intentional & slow scalp massage with warm oils to release any tightness held in scalp
- moving down to the feet where they will be washed & warmed with hot towels
- warm up massage to get circulation flowing
- reflexology treatment* will begin starting on the right foot, then moving to the left
- ending with a calf & foot massage with lotion
- take a few deep breaths to come back to your body & take your time getting up
*if you have coverage for Reflexology through your benefits plan — this portion of your treatment can be deducted

This package is perfect for those who are looking to treat themselves, or a loved one, to a seasonal treatment of Reflexology, Crown Massage, or a Crown + Reflex Massage.
4 sessions of Crown + Reflex Massage — $510 (save $130)
4 sessions of 1.5 hrs of Crown Massage — $350 (save $90)
4 sessions of Crown + Facial Reflexology — $350 (save $90)
4 sessions of 1 hr Crown Massage — $270 (save $70)
4 sessions of Reflexology — $255 (save $65)
4 sessions of Facial Reflexology — $160 (save $40)

Booking Information & Policies
Life does happen and things pop up, but please be respectful of my time and give at least a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment. This time will allow me to find someone to fill your spot.
There is only street parking available. Be sure to be mindful of this when leaving for your appointment. For the first offense of last-minute cancelling, failing to show up for the scheduled appointment, or being 15+ mins late without notice there will be a warning.
For the second+ offenses, your appointment will be cancelled and marked as a “no-show” & an invoice for 50% of the treatment amount will be sent via email.
If you are not feeling well (cough, sneezing, fever, sore throat, body aches, or chills) or have been in contact with someone who tested positive for COVID, please cancel and reschedule your appointment for when you are feeling better. By booking a session, you agree to these terms.
