The Importance Of Intimacy + Connection

We are intimate beings by nature and it is more important than ever to honour that part of ourselves these days. The form of intimacy that I speak of is touch + connection with another human being. This space came to fruition for the sole purpose to allow women to feel a sense of connection + rejuvenation through physical touch in the form of reflexology and massage.

Touch is a very powerful + delicate thing that we sometimes take for granted. The gentlest stroke can create a ripple effect that can be felt throughout the body + spirit — it is transferable energy.

 

Meet The Team

  • I am an empathetic, curious soul that loves deeply and dreams big. Following my intuition for wanting to help others & live a life of abundance -- I became a registered reflexologist & Indie head massage practitioner. This path has led me to my next big adventure of quitting my full-time job & going back to school for massage therapy. I will be graduating & writing my board exams this summer 2025. I also have my certifications in Functional Cupping, IASTM, and as a level 1 Usui Reiki Practioner. I'm hoping to apply all of my knowledge & intuition to helping women feel more at ease in their bodies.

  • Diesel is a sweet 11 year-old pup who loves to curl up & sleep under the massage table during treatment sessions. He has a bit of anxiety and loves to be included. Don’t mind him, he will be dreaming away as you relax.
